Samples of Impulses (As They Develop)

The impulse consists of five waves. Five given waves can move in any direction: upwards or downwards. Further some examples are resulted.

The first wave represents, usually, weak lifting in the market when the small percent of traders participates in trade. When the first wave passes, they sell at best on the second Wave. Selloff on the second Wave is the big error. In long run, the second wave will end, without having established new floor prices, and the market will start to be developed for other lifting.

Lifting of the third wave begins slowly, and reaches, in long run, a top of the previous lifting (a top of the first Wave). At this time, over a top of the first Wave, many stoplights have been established.
Traders are not assured of an ascending trend and use the given lifting to add short items. On their accounts, the market should not reach a top of the previous lifting.
Therefore, the considerable quantity of stoplights is established over a top of the first Wave.
Lifting of the third Wave vigorously develops and reaches tops of the first wave. As soon as there is an excess of a maximum of the first Wave, work stoplights. Depending on quantity of stoplights in the price schedule there can be blanks. Blanks in the price schedule are the good certificate of development of the third Wave. After operation of stoplights by attention of traders lifting of the third Wave takes possession.

The further succession of events will be the following: to traders who have opened at once a long position from a minimum, in the end will be, than to profit. They can even make the decision on addition of items.
Traders who have been forced to terminate trade on a stoplight, (having stayed some time in the upset condition) come to a conclusion that a trend – ascending, and accept the purchasing decision, playing lifting. The given unexpected interest promotes lifting of the third Wave.
It is that moment when the majority of traders decides that a trend – ascending.
In long run, «violent purchase» ceases, and the third Wave passes.
Now profit withdrawal begins. Traders at whom long positions were from the very beginning open, decide to remove profit. Others start to protect profit.
It becomes the reason of recoil of the price back, and the given recoil is called: the Fourth Wave. Whereas the wave 2 was erroneous sale, the Wave 4 was correct fall as a result of profit withdrawal.

During withdrawal have arrived the majority of traders it is still assured that a trend – ascending. They or were late to open items at lifting, or observed of the market from outside. They consider fall as a result of profit withdrawal as the excellent moment for opening of items and balance achievement.
In the end of the fourth wave occurs more purchases, and the prices again start to be lifted.

At lifting of the fifth Wave there is no huge enthusiasm and force which find out at lifting of the third Wave. Development of the fifth Wave is accompanied by smaller group of traders.
Though the prices establish a new maximum over a top of the fifth Wave, capacity or force of lifting of the fifth Wave, in comparison with lifting of the third Wave, is very small.
And, when, in long run, the given insufficient interest of buyers expires, the market reaches peak and begins a new phase of opposite movement.
After five waves, the market changes a trend.

Strong lifting The price establishes new maxima. However force of the given lifting is weaker than lifting of the third wave.
